Billund is a town in central Denmark. It’s known as the birthplace of LEGO. It also features LEGOLAND Billund and at this time of the year its most popular destination is the LEGO House. Two GertLUG members took the spirit of the LEGO House to Rugeley by organising a LEGO build event for 13 Rainbows (aged 5 to 7). Jo Maguire and Kavan Wilkinson created packs of the LEGO House Butterfly pick a build, which contained 45 bricks along with build instructions. A couple of lucky luggers were given access to LEGOLAND Billund after it had closed this weekend.
