Dear members,
In these strange times full of unexpected and often unwanted news we, the GertLUG committee, are pleased to say we have some VERY positive and heart-warming news to share with you.
We have just received confirmation from the LEGO Group that we have met their stringent requirements and as such we are now officially a recognised LEGO User Group (LUG). To say we are thrilled would be the understatement of the year!
We are very excited to share this with you all and hope you will join us in celebrating (virtually for now will have to do!) what we think is the start of something big for GertLUG and our community.
We will of course keep our members updated with how this develops, some of the finer details of recognised status and fill you in on the benefits of being an RLUG but for now we’ll leave you in the knowledge that you are an important part of one of the best (perhaps even THE best) LUGs in the UK.
