LEGO can be used in many different ways. It is often used by schools and community groups to teach creativity, problem solving, communication and collaboration. When Bristol based, Stockwood Library asked if we could help, we jumped at the chance. We’re so happy that we can support the local LEGO community. With the help of Way Too Many Bricks we were able to donate a wide selection of bricks from windows and doors to trees and cars with a few minifigures in there for good measure.
Sam Fox (Friends of Stockwood Library) said, “I would like to say a huge thank you to GertLUG for supporting our LEGO In The Library event! Our first event was a massive hit with the local children, so it's great that we are going to be able to make it a regular thing with even more bricks.”
